The ISS approach to BCP and DRP

Business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery planning (DRP) are fundamental and essential to protect the well being of any organisation. Clearly, they are intended to ensure continuity in the face of unforeseen or difficult circumstances. Although this cannot really be over emphasised, so many organizations still side step the issue, or have plans which are out of date or just unworkable.

Using our proven methodology, ISS can assist an organisation to develop their BC and DR plans to ensure that a simplistic process is in place in the event of an incident. We will assist an organisation to conduct a Risk Assessment and a Business Impact Assessment based on defined key organisational functions and identified critical assets.
